Is This You?
You’re overwhelmed, missing deadlines, dropping balls, and getting caught in shame spirals – and the idea of talking to a doctor about ADHD feels like too much right now.
Maybe you’ve thought:
“What if I’m just lazy and making excuses?”
“What if they don’t believe me?”
“What if it’s not ADHD and I just suck at life?”
So you keep pushing through… and quietly falling apart.
If it is ADHD, you aren’t lazy, incapable, or “just not trying hard enough.”
But you are exhausted from:
Working harder than everyone else just to keep up
Forgetting things you desperately wanted to remember
Starting 10 projects and finishing none
Hiding the chaos that’s drowning you
Feeling emotions so intensely they knock you sideways
Wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?”
Feeling inadequate and ashamed, even after real wins
What if there was a reason?
What if understanding that reason changed everything?
What is the Is It ADHD? Discovery Lab?
The Is It ADHD? Discovery Lab is a 2‑week small group program for adults who suspect ADHD and aren’t sure what to do about it.
Across two live Zoom sessions, you’ll explore the ADHD question safely, calmly, and clearly – without pressure, judgment, or having to prove anything to anyone.
You’ll get:
Two live, interactive 90‑minute Zoom sessions (with a brain/bio break)
A personal Diagnosis Prep Packet to take to any provider if you choose
Gentle, structured, resources and tools to keep (optional – no homework police)
A small community of people asking the same questions you are
The Two Evenings: From Confusion to Clarity
Week 1 – Understanding Your Patterns
On the first Tuesday, we focus on what’s really going on:
Explore what ADHD actually looks like in adults (not just childhood stereotypes)
Hear real stories that may sound uncannily like your own
Identify which patterns match your lived experience
Discover hidden strengths in traits you’ve always seen as weaknesses
Begin connecting the dots in your life without pressure to rush into a diagnosis
Week 2 – Creating Your Action Plan
On the second Tuesday, we turn clarity into next steps:
Make space for whatever emotions come up (relief, grief, frustration, hope – all welcome)
Learn to partner with your brain instead of fighting it
Understand your options: evaluation, coaching, lifestyle changes, or something else
Build a simple, realistic action plan tailored to what you need
Leave with your own Diagnosis Prep Packet ready to use with any doctor or mental‑health provider you choose

A Safe, Judgment‑Free Space
This isn’t a giant webinar where you sit quietly and feel invisible.
Groups are intentionally capped at 10 people so you’re not lost in a crowd.
You’ll meet people at every stage of their ADHD journey – from “I think maybe…” to “I’m pretty sure, but I need support.”
There’s no test you have to pass to be here. You don’t have to be “ADHD enough.”
We’ll set clear group agreements around confidentiality and respect so you can exhale and just be a human.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of the two weeks, you’ll have:
✅ A clear sense of whether ADHD might explain your struggles
✅ Relief from the confusion of “What’s wrong with me?”
✅ Language to describe your patterns to partners, friends, or professionals
✅ A small but powerful community of people who get it
✅ Two recordings you can revisit when your brain needs a refresher
✅ Resources to deepen your insight and tools to help you thrive (completion optional)
✅ A personal ADHD Diagnosis Prep Packet to streamline a formal evaluation if you decide to pursue one
What You Don’t Need (and What You Do)
You don’t need…
❌ A diagnosis to join
❌ To be sure it’s ADHD
❌ To have anything figured out
You just need…
✅ Willingness to explore with curiosity
✅ Openness to seeing yourself differently
✅ 90 minutes on two Tuesday evenings (live or via recording)
Can’t attend live for the full session?
You’ll receive a replay link within 24 hours so you can catch what you missed.
Investment
For $30 you're getting two live 90‑minute small‑group sessions, replays, resources, tools, and a personal Diagnosis Prep Packet you can take to any provider.
ADHD coaching sessions often run $150–$250+ per hour, and ADHD evaluations are usually hundreds of dollars. This Lab gives you a structured starting point for a fraction of that cost.
I keep this Lab at $30 so your first steps toward clarity are truly accessible:
Step 1. Understand: Is It ADHD?
Step 2. Decide: Now What?
All of that for $30.
What Happens After Week 2?
There’s no sales ambush baked into the Discovery Lab.
After the program:
You’ll know whether you want to pursue an evaluation, coaching, therapy, or a different path.
You’ll get information about how to work with me further if you choose – 1:1 coaching, ongoing groups, or other supports – but there’s zero obligation.
The Real Cost of Just “Getting By”
Left unaddressed, undiagnosed or unsupported ADHD can quietly erode your life.
💔 Relationships – partners become caretakers, resentment builds
📉 Career – burnout, missed promotions, performance plans, stalled income
💸 Money – late fees, impulsive spending, and the “ADHD tax”
🎭 Identity – you mask, conform, and lose track of who you are
⚠️ Crashes – preventable crises that finally force everything to change
You can keep white‑knuckling your way through…
or spend two Tuesday evenings exploring whether there’s a clearer, kinder explanation.
You’re Not Alone in This — Here's What Others Are Saying
Coach Mark's ‘Is it ADHD?’ was absolutely fascinating. I'm excited to share with my family and friends what I learned about the role that ADHD may be playing in my life and theirs. If you think you or someone in your life might be experiencing ADHD I highly recommend this program as a great place to start!
Lisa C.
My experience with Coach Mark has been refreshing. Having someone who can understand the complexity of my brain, honor the validity of my experiences, and still be able to empower me on a pathway of possibility and action is the trifecta of awesomeness!
C.M.
Mark has created a safe space for my vulnerable sharing and responded with empathy and support. He is helping me discover and remember who I am and regain my self‑confidence so I can move forward in a positive manner.
Laura C.
I am still reaping the rewards of this work together. I felt a big emotional shift. Mark’s ability to ask thoughtful questions and support at identifying the underlying story and shift was very helpful.

Got questions?
No problem. Here are some answers.
That's exactly why this program exists. You don't need to be sure — you just need to be curious. Some people leave with strong evidence that ADHD fits their experience. Others leave with clarity that something else is going on, and that's just as valuable. Either way, you'll understand yourself better than you did before. No one leaves empty-handed.
No. I will briefly mention that diagnosis support, deeper private coaching, helpful resources, and community are available for people who want it. My goals are your awareness and your freedom from confusion and the traps you may be in. I'll inform you, not pressure you.
No catch. Is It ADHD? Discovery Lab is still in its early public offering, and I'm intentionally keeping the price low while I refine the program with real participants and real feedback. In exchange, I ask for your honest experience and a testimonial if it resonates. You get a full, powerful program. I get to make it better. After a few more cohorts, the price will go up significantly because I know it's very valuable. There's no catch — just good timing on your part.
Never. You will never be required to share or put on the spot. We honor and respect you and what you're going through, so you're welcome to keep your camera off, stay on mute the entire time, and participate only in anonymous polls and the chat if that's what feels right. The small group experience is better for everyone when all participants contribute and allow the group to see and hear you, so I hope you will, but I don't press or shame at all. You'll get enormous value from simply listening. This is your space to explore at your own pace.
This is a group coaching program. Participants promise in every session to keep shares confidential within the group. If sharing your thoughts and experiences feels uncomfortable, you don't need to. Only your group can access your replay recordings, all of which are deleted in 30-60 days.
It happens — and it's completely okay. Most people in this program are processing years of confusion, self-blame, and "why is this so hard for me?" For many, hearing their experience reflected back for the first time is a relief that brings tears. You won't be the only one, and you won't be judged. What you're feeling is what you're living. Emotion is welcome here.
Quizzes tell you whether your symptoms might match a checklist. The Is It ADHD? Discovery Lab helps you understand your whole experience — the patterns, the history, the strengths, the struggles — in a way that actually makes sense of your life. You'll leave knowing not just whether ADHD fits, but how it fits, and what to do about it. That's a very different thing.
No. Is It ADHD? is for people who want a deeper understanding of ADHD and how it may match the patterns they're experiencing in their lives. Many participants go on to seek a formal diagnosis with the help of our included Diagnosis Prep Packet — but there's no requirement and no pressure to do so.
Absolutely. Many people who've been diagnosed for years still feel confused about how ADHD actually shows up in their life — or why knowing their diagnosis hasn't made things easier. Is It ADHD? helps you connect your real lived experience to what ADHD actually looks like in adults, so your diagnosis becomes something useful, not just a label. You're more than welcome here.
Yes. If you still have a question, ask it below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Why are you all the way down here?
Did you know that people with ADHD do a lot more mindless scrolling than most? ‘I’ll just check my phone for a sec’ can turn into a lost hour before we even notice.
Don't spend these two Tuesday nights doomscrolling. Do something good for yourself and go sign up! ❤️
